This notice explains what personal data is processed when you visit this website or contact INAYSHI Digital.

2. Hosting and server data
The main website, the application at app.inayshidigital.com and server-side project-enquiry processing are operated through IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the service is accessed, the applicable hosting infrastructure processes technically necessary data such as the IP address, time and requested resource, transferred data volume, referrer, browser and operating-system information, and status or error data. This is required to deliver the service, maintain stability, prevent abuse and preserve technical security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure and reliable operation.
3. Contact, Project Planner and project enquiries
For a direct project enquiry we process project type, project description, name and email address and, where voluntarily provided, company and telephone number. The INAYSHI Project Planner additionally processes the selected project characteristics, the generated Project Blueprint, the non-binding investment estimate and voluntary additional information. A Planner draft is initially stored locally in the browser on the device being used. Structured project and contact data is stored server-side as an unverified enquiry only when it is submitted. Before it enters the normal lead workflow, we send a time-limited verification link to the supplied email address; only a hash of the verification token is stored. Unverified records are deleted after expiry and a short technical cleanup period. Verified enquiries are processed for individual review and pre-contract communication. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where the enquiry concerns a possible contract; otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies based on our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries appropriately and protecting the enquiry channel from abuse.
4. Enquiry-channel protection
Technical checks protect the forms and Project Planner from automated abuse, including honeypot and minimum-time checks, strict server-side input and origin validation, duplicate detection, request throttling and email verification. Browser-displayed prices, supported capabilities and verification status are never authoritative and are recalculated or confirmed on the server. The IP address is used only as a hashed technical identifier for these controls. No visitor or advertising profile is created. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protecting the enquiry and email infrastructure.
5. Email infrastructure and Gmail forwarding
Messages sent to info@inayshi.com and project enquiries submitted through the form are delivered through the configured IONOS email infrastructure and forwarded to Google’s Gmail service. For users in the European Economic Area, the relevant provider is generally Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google may process information using infrastructure in several countries. Where information is transferred outside the EEA, Google states that it relies on applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.
6. Retention
Contact and enquiry data is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the communication and any resulting business relationship. Where statutory commercial, tax or documentation-retention duties apply, relevant correspondence may be kept for the legally required period. Data is deleted when no statutory, contractual or legitimate reason for continued retention remains.
7. Recipients and processing arrangements
Recipients may include IONOS and Google where necessary to provide hosting and email services. Information is not disclosed for advertising or analytics. The Article 28 GDPR processing arrangement applicable to the actual IONOS contract will be verified in the customer account before production launch.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Where processing exceptionally relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. 9. No tracking or advertising services
This website currently uses no web analytics, advertising pixels, externally loaded fonts or reCAPTCHA. It provides no visitor accounts, payment system or file uploads. A consent banner is therefore not used. If the processing architecture changes, this notice will be updated before the new functionality is activated.
