Process / 02

A controlled path from first idea to launch.

Explore → Approve → Lock → Build → Test → Launch keeps decisions visible, protects approved work and gives production a clear baseline.

  1. 01

    Explore

Understand the business, problem, users, requirements, constraints and opportunities before defining the product.

  2. 02

    Approve

Agree on scope, structure, direction, functionality and priorities before production moves forward.

  3. 03

    Lock

Approved decisions become the controlled production baseline. Changes remain possible, but they are handled deliberately instead of silently moving the target.

  4. 04

    Build

Develop the product against the approved baseline, with design and engineering progressing as one coherent system.

  5. 05

    Test

Verify functionality, responsive behavior, usability, browser and device behavior, accessibility and relevant product-specific requirements.

  6. 06

    Launch

Deploy to the production environment, verify the live result and establish the next controlled stage.

Lock

Lock prevents unnecessary redesign loops, contradictory requirements, moving development targets and uncontrolled cost—without pretending that future changes are impossible.
